WootGigz.com was founded in 2008 by Justin Rufo. Justin started his career in software sales before getting his feet wet as a technology recruiter back in 2005. The goal for WootGigz is to keep it simple--but not too simple, and focus on promoting dynamic opportunities and elite talent.
WootGigz is an industry job board. We only feature opportunities with technology vendors and Internet companies. You won't find any super hot DBA jobs within the life insurance industry...or a network engineer job at "random consulting company".
It seems logical enough that an industry so important to our daily lives and economy would have ample representation in the job board market. However, reality defies logic. For some puzzling reason, this niche has been neglected. The consequence of this neglect has been that most employers and candidates overlook this medium entirely, or regard it with a great deal of skepticism. We wanted to correct this egregious injustice with the introduction of WootGigz!. It's a first attempt, and far from perfect, but we will evolve!
